In our Restaurant, open 7 days we offer one of the best Dining experiences in Daylesford. Using local organic produce when available, to create a variety of dishes from simple comfort food to something a little more special. See menu at the bottom of this page.
Dining at Innspired you will be served by genuine folk with attentive service, either in our cosy and relaxed restaurant, outside in our beautiful gardens or in our lounge. We proudly serve Jasper organic fairtrade coffee and teas and carefully source regional wines like Horvat and Midhill wineries. We serve James Squire and James Boags from our taps.
Our menu is seasonal so it changes often to give us the opportunity to work with the freshest ingredients, although you will always find our aged Rump steak, local Lamb and our vegetarian dishes, which are some of best in the region. If you have enjoyed a dish that is no longer on the menu you can rest assured that it has been replaced by something just as good, if not better...
We can also cater for birthday parties, special events, pre wedding dinners ect. Don't hesitate to drop in or call to talk to one of our chefs to design a menu and create your perfect night.

Daylesford Inn Lounge Bar Start with a great big room, add a stage where live bands can play, (and Karaoke is a permanent fixture). Big screen to project all the action of the day (Footy, car races, any sport, music vids etc)/or night (Movie nights start Wednesday wih classic Horror, see program below) into larger than life stage shows. Add some couches, cafe tables and a dance floor, old fashion T-bone steaks Innspired bamburgers and classic Pasta's, served to the table. Wednesday Nights always a spooky, horror or scary classic, like Hammer horror 'to the devil a daughter', or 'Company of wolves', perhaps ' Something wicked this way comes..'. Thursday Nights is a more classic film night for the specific interest,, be it romance, sci-fi or Manga. Always available is fresh made coffee from the Bar.
